Sean began his journey into the world of IT in the early 1990’s just as a home computer was becoming more popular.
He would often tweak bits of software and/or hardware to try and get extra performance from them, often resulting in a broken device! Then after lots of persistence, tea, biscuits and research, would get things working again, often better than before!
Those experiences drove him on to try all aspects of the computer industry including building his own Gaming PC and writing Applications for mobile devices as a hobby.
Fixing things is a challenge that Sean enjoys, but most importantly, the ability to communicate in non baffling tech-talk has seen him work in I.T as a career for over 20 years.
Hobbies : Spending time with friends & family, City breaks, Gym & Coffee.
James is a self-confessed gadget addict! From the latest smart-home devices right up to his latest wearable smart device! James has worked alongside Sean for over 10 years, and has known him even longer.
Coming from a customer service and management background James is a crucial part of the business, as he excels in communication both on the telephone and in person.
He can often be found researching the latest technology online, which can then be explained jargon-free to our customers.
Hobbies : Flying his drone for aerial photography, Watching the latest TV Shows!
